Enzo Arzenton is the well know sculptor of the Disney Licensed Capodimonte Sculptures as well as the sculptor of the many Classic Sculptures depicting old world topics.

The Balloon Men was sculpted in the 1990's, however it never went into production, we have one of the Artist Proofs and it is available to one lucky collector.
